摘　　要：目的了解西部民族地区基层卫生人员培训的现状及问题,为更好地开展西部民族地区基层卫生人员的培训工作提供参考建议。方法将深入访谈法与现场问卷调查相结合,并用SPSS18.0软件对相关数据资料进行统计分析。结果 52.9%的基层卫生人员没有参加过任何培训;培训率仅为47.1%,短期培训占培训总人次的83.9%,培训主题主要以医疗业务和公共卫生为主。结论从丰富培训主题和培训形式,确保培训经费的落实,考虑西部民族地区的经济文化因素和完善培训体系等方面着手,更好地开展西部民族地区基层卫生人员的培训工作。OBJECTIVE To provide the reference of the stability and development of human health training in the west mi- nority areas of China by learning about the training situation of primary health workers in these areas. METHODS The re- quired information was collected by investigations and interviews and the data was analyzed by the SPSS 18.0 software. RE- SULTS 52.9% of the workers did not take part in any training. The training rate was 47.1% and short-term training accounted for 83.9% of the total number. The main training subjects were medical services and public health. CONCLUSION The train- ing themes and forms must be developed in the west minority areas of China and the implementation of the training funds must be ensured. Considering the economic and cultural factors, the training consciousness of primary health workers must be strengthened.
