贵州省18家三级医院医院感染管理的现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解贵州省三级医院医院感染管理的工作现状,为进一步提高医疗质量提供科学依据。方法设计调查表对贵州省三级医院医院感染管理工作情况进行调查。结果共有18家医院参加完成了调查,所有医院均成立了医院感染管理委员会,94.44%的医院感染管理科单独设立专职机构,75.68%的医院感染管理工作人员接受过高等教育,52.70%为护理人员;66.67%的医院开展了目标监测。结论贵州省多数三级医院医院感染管理较规范,但仍需继续加强行政监督和专业管理。OBJECTIVE In order to offer the evidence for improving the quality of medical treatment by understanding the situation of nosocomial infection management in Guizhou Province. METHODS Questionnaires were made to survey hospital infection management in Guizhou Province. RESULTS All hospitals set up professional committee of nosocomial infection control and management, of which 94.44% set up the professional department. 75.68% nosocomial infection management workers had received higher education, and 52.70% workers were nursing staff; 66.67% hospitals carried out target surveil- lance. CONCLUSION The current situation of nosocomial infection control and management in tertiary hospital in our province is specified, and we need to strengthen administration surveillance and professional management forever.
