摘 要:通过碳酸化法制备了文石型碳酸钙晶须材料 ,并研究了温度对晶须形成的影响。对晶须的结构特性利用X衍射和SEM技术进行了分析测试。结果表明 :反应温度的升高有利于文石晶体的形成 ,80℃是较适宜的反应温度 ;文石碳酸钙晶须具有均匀性好、完整单晶率高、晶须含量高等特点 ,而且本方法的生产成本较低 ,具有广阔的产业应用前景。Aragonite whiskers were prepared by carbonate process,and the influences of reaction temperature were studied The structure charactcristics of whisker were analyzed by using the X ray diffraction and SEM The results indicated that the increase of reaction temperature is propitious to the formation of aragonite whisker,and the suitable temperature is 80℃ Calcium carbonate whiskers as a kind of new whisker material have the advantage of good uniform,high perfect crystal ratio and high productivity Being its low cost,calcium carbonate whiskers will be widely used as filler
