射频消融仪辅助取出完全嵌顿宫内节育器11例体会

摘　　要：目的探讨射频消融仪辅助取出完全嵌顿宫内节育器的方法。方法对中国人民解放军第264医院2006年1月至2011年10月11例超声监测下射频消融仪辅助取出完全嵌顿宫内节育器的临床病例做回顾性分析,并就其可行性进行探讨。结果 11例患者均取器成功,且出血少,平均出血量20mL,手术时间短,平均30min。结论对于异位于子宫肌壁间的宫内节育器,超声监测下射频消融仪辅助取器是一种可行的办法。Objective To investigate a method of difficult intra-uterine device （IUD） removed assist by rodiofrequency instruments. Methods Between January 2006 and October 2011 at the 264 Hospital of PLA, we reviewed 11 case difficult intra-uterine device（IUD） removed assist by rodiofrequency instruments and inspected by ultrasound, and investigate its feasibility. Results All of 11 device succeed removed and hemorrhage a few, 20 mL on average, operating time shorter, 30min on average. Conclusion For the IUD those between fall of uterine, removed device assist by rodiofrequency instruments and inspected by ultrasound is feasibility.
