延长水泥回转窑耐火材料使用寿命的技术探讨

摘　　要：耐火材料是水泥厂中除设备以外的第二大资金、能源消耗项目,保证和延长耐火材料的使用寿命,可降低和节约能源消耗,保证企业在未来社会上的生存空间。影响回转窑耐火材料使用寿命的因素很多,但主要是机械应力作用、热应力作用和生产操作这三个方面。逐一分析了这三方面因素对窑内耐火材料使用寿命的具体影响;在此基础上提出了延长窑衬寿命的管理和技术措施。Refractory is the secodary funds and energy consumption item. the first is equipment, to ensure and prolong service life of refractory can lower and save energy consmption,and guarantee a survival space for enterprise in the future.There are many impacting factors for refactory sevice life,mainly as following three apsects：mechanical stress,thermal stress and production operation.The impacts of the three aspects of factor were analysed one by one,then management and technology measures to prolong service life of lining in kiln were put foward.
