摘 要:将经过预处理的玉米秸秆与猪粪混合,设置3个实验组,分别加入30%,40%和50%的接种物,在中温(35±1℃)、总固体浓度TS为20%的条件下进行厌氧发酵,研究接种量对秸秆猪粪混合厌氧发酵的产气效率、pH值以及甲烷含量的影响。实验结果表明:加入40%的接种物的实验组产气效果良好,总产气量为64 445 mL,比接种量为30%的实验组高19.1%,且略低于接种量为50%的实验组,平均甲烷含量均高于其它两个实验组;实验初期,pH值出现一定下降,但很快又恢复至合适水平,整个阶段pH值比较稳定。接种量为40%的实验组的TS产气率、VS产气率、池容产气率和平均甲烷含量,与30%接种量的实验组差异性显著(P<0.05),与50%接种量的实验组差异性不显著(P>0.05)。综合考虑,40%的接种量是较优的接种物浓度。In this experiment, we mixed the pig manure with corn wastes under simple pretreatment, then set them into three same groups and added the inoculum which were 30%, 40% and 50%. The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of inoculum in different mass fractions on gas production efficiency, pH values and methane content during the process of anaerobic fermentation about corn wastes and pig manure, under the condition of 20% mass fraction of total solid, 35℃±1℃. The results showed that, the total gas production with 40% of the inoculum was 61 805 ml, which was 14.2% higher than the one with 30% of the inoculum, slightly less than the one with 50% of the inoculum; The pH value fluctuated in initial stage, but it returned to the appropriate levels soon. The pH value was stable in the entire stage. In addition, the average methane content with 40% of the inoculum was higher than other two groups; the differences of TS gas yield, VS gas yield, biogas production and average methane content was significant between 30% and 40% of the inoculum(P〈0.05). By contrast, the differences was not significant between 40% and 50% of the inoculum (P〉0.05). Comprehensive consideration, 40% of the inoculum is much better.
