摘  要:针对近年来PC钢棒产业迅速发展,而PC钢棒松弛性能的研究尚属空白这一现状,本文开展了6根PC钢棒120h松弛性能试验研究。考察了初始张拉力对PC钢棒松弛规律的影响,分析了PC钢棒松弛率随时间的变化规律。结果表明,PC钢棒在受力初始阶段(约0~5h范围内)松弛率增长快,随时间的延续,松弛率的增长逐渐减慢。基于初始张拉系数不同时,PC钢棒松弛率发展规律不同的特点,提出了松弛率与时间之间的统一计算公式,该公式计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。In recent years, the steel bar for prestressed concrete (PC steel bar for short) industry rapid developed, but the study on relaxation performance of the PC steel bar is still vacancy, so the ex- perimental study on relaxation performance of PC steel bar under tension for 120 hours is be carried out in this paper. The effect of initial tension to the relaxation rate of PC steel bar is investigated, the varia- tion law of the relaxation rate of PC steel bar with time is analysed. The result shows that the relaxation rate grow fast in the initial phase (about 0 ~5h), then the growth of relaxation rate slowed down gradu- ally. The development law of the relaxation rate of PC steel bar is different when the initial tension coeffi- cient is different, so a formula is proposed to calculated the relaxation rate, the results calculated by the formula have a good agreement with the test results.
