德尔菲法和层次分析法在冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰瘀互结证)疗效评价指标体系构建中的应用

摘　　要：目的:以冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰瘀互结证)为示范,建立一套突出中医特色的、中西医结合的疗效评价指标体系。方法:通过德尔菲法(Delphi)和层次分析法(AHP)的联合应用建立中西医结合的疗效评价指标体系。结果:分别求出了各指标在疗效评价指标体系中的权重系数。结论:Delphi法结合层次分析法(AHP)是建立疗效评价指标体系的有效方法,使对冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰瘀互结证)疗效评价的定性描述定量化。Objective：Coronary heart disease （CHD） with stable angina （phlegm and blood stasis accumulation syndrome） for demonstration, to establish an evaluation index system with prominent characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine and combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods ： Through the Delphi and AHP combined application, the effect evaluation system of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine was established. Results ： The weight coefficient for each index in curative effect evaluation system was determined. Conclusion：Delphi combined with AHP is used to establish a curative effect evaluation system, making a quantitative qualitative description for coronary heart disease stable angina （phlegm and blood stasis accumulation syndrome） curative effect evaluation.
