摘　　要：中医药之所以能够历经数千年而不衰,对中华民族的繁衍昌盛做出巨大贡献,关键在于疗效。如何提高临床疗效,应该成为中医从业者共同关注和思考的首要问题。文章从中医疗效提高应以中医基本理论为基础、学习前贤、吸取经验、辨证与辨病相结合、中药剂型的变换、拓展传统的临床思维等几方面进行阐述,作为引玉之砖,为中医从业者临床疗效和学术水平的提高,提供有益的借鉴。Traditional Chinese medicine has existed for several thousands years. For thousands of years, traditional Chinese medicine has made indelible contributions for the prosperousness of Chinese nation. Efficacy is the key to the existence of traditional Chinese medicine. How to improve the clinical efficacy？ It should be the most important issue of common concerning and thinking for the TCM practitioners. The therapeutic improvement of TCM based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, learning from predecessors, learning experiences, the combination of diseases differentiation and syndromes differentiation, the transformation of Chinese medicine formulations, and expanding the traditional clinical thinking. The above aspects will be described in this article. In order to improve the clinical efficacy and the academic standards for Chinese medicine practitioners, this article provides a useful reference.
