加味四妙汤对宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染患者疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味四妙汤对宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者临床疗效研究。方法:选取本院自2010年3月—2012年3月期间收治的宫颈HPV感染患者86例,依据临床治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组患者44例,选用加减四妙汤治疗;对照组患者42例,选用中药保妇康栓进行治疗。结果:两组患者治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率95.5%,对照组总有效率83.3%。两组比较治疗后两组患者临床证候均有明显改善,治疗组优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味四妙汤对宫颈HPV感染患者临床症状和相关检测指标上均有明显改善,疗效确切,值得在临床上广泛应用。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy study of Modified Simiao Decoction in treatment of cervical HPV infection. Methods：From March 2010 to March 2012,86 patients of cervical HPV infection were treated in our hospital and were divid- ed into treatment group and control group. 44 cases were treated with Modified Simiao Decoction;42 patients of the control group used Chinese medicine Baofukang. Results ：After 4 -week treatment, the total efficiency of the treatment group was 95.5% and 83.3% of the control group. Clinical symptoms of the two groups after treatment showed significant improvement in the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Modified Simiao Decoction can improve clinical symptoms of cervical HPV infection patients and related indexes were significantly improved. It is widely used in clinic.
