中药联合冠脉宁治疗急性冠状动脉综合征的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析活血化瘀类中药联合冠脉宁治疗急性冠状动脉综合征的疗效。方法:选择2008年1月—2012年12月我院收治的符合急性冠状动脉综合征诊断标准的患者240例,随机分为观察组组和对照组各120例,对照组患者采用西医常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用活血化瘀类中药联合冠脉宁片进行治疗,对比观察临床疗效等情况。结果:观察组患者在临床疗效总有效率为92.5%,临床症状学评价积分为(23.6±7.8)分、不良反应为5.8%、TESS平均评分为(1.4±0.7)分与对照组患者相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀类中药联合冠脉宁安全性较好,疗效可靠,能明显改善急性冠状动脉综合征患者的临床症状,值得在临床上推广。Objective ： To analyze the effect of Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with Guanmaining in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome. Methods：240 cases with acute coronary syndrome patients met the syndrome diagnosis standard in January 2008 - December 2012 in our hospital,were randomly divided into the observation group and 120 cases in the control group. The patients in control group received routine treatment. The observation group was treatod with traditional Chinese medicine combined with Guanmaining based on the conventional treatment. The clinical curative effect was observed. Results ： The clinical total effective rate in the observation group was 92.5%, and the clinical evaluation score was 23.6 ± 7.8, adverse reaction was 5.8%, the average TESS score was （ 1.4 ± 0.7 ）. Compared with patients in the control group, there was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, with statistical significance.
