自拟生精赞育方治疗少弱精子症80例

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟生精赞育方治疗脾肾亏虚型少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法:采用简单随机方法将符合诊断标准和纳入标准的156例患者分为两组,实验组80例,对照组76例。实验组口服自拟生精赞育方,对照组服用西药枸橼酸他莫昔芬片(扬子江药业集团有限公司)。用药3个月后,比较两组的临床疗效以及用药前后患者精子质量与中医证候积分的变化情况。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组精子质量均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组精子质量改善较对照组更加明显(P<0.05);治疗后实验组的中医症状积分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后的中医症状积分对比变化不大(P>0.05)。结论:自拟生精赞育方能够显著提高少弱精子症患者的精子密度、精子活力,且在一定程度上能改善少弱精子症患者的临床症状,降低中医症状积分。Objective ： Observe the clinical effect of ShengJingZanYuFang in treating oligoasthenozoospermia patients with PiShenKuiXu Syndromes. Methods：Adopting prospective randomized controlled method, the 156 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria enrolled were assigned to the treated group （n = 80） and the control group （n = 76）. the treated group was treated by Sheng-Jing-Zan-Yu-Fang, control group was treated by Orally taken Tamoxifen citrate tablets. After 3 months of treatment, comparing patients Sperm quality and TCM Symptom scores changes before and after treatment. Results ： The total efficiency of treated group higher than the control group obviously. （P 〈 0.05 ） ;The two groups＇s sperm quality both improve after treatment while the treated group better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The score of TCM symptom of the treatment group lowered significantly after treatment than befor, while the control group changed less （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Sheng-Jing-Zan-Yu-Fang shows favorable effect not only in improving sperm count and motility of the oligoasthenozoospermia patients ,but also can ameliorate Clinical symptoms,lower the score of TCM symptom.
