除湿化瘀方对高尿酸血症内皮素-1及血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过临床观察除湿化瘀方对高尿酸血症患者血尿酸、内皮素-1(ET-1)及血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)的影响,探讨除湿化瘀方的作用机制。方法:本研究选择60例高尿酸血症患者,采用随机对照的原则分为中药治疗组和西药对照组,分别予除湿化瘀方和别嘌呤醇片,8周为1个疗程。观察治疗前后血尿酸(sUA)、内皮素-1(ET-1)及血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)。结果:两组sUA、ET-1及PAI-1较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗后两组sUA、ET-1及PAI-1水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:除湿化瘀方可降低sUA、ET-1及PAI-1水平。Objective：To investigate the effects of Chushi Huayu prescription on serum urine acid, serum levels of ET - 1 and serum PAI- 1 of hyperuricemia patients and study the mechanism of Chushi Huayu prescription. Methods ：60 patients with damp- heat and blood stasis were randomly divided into two treatment groups：the Chushi Huayu prescription group and the Allopurinol group. The serum levels of urine acid, endothelin - 1 （ ET - 1 ） and plasminogen activator inhibitor - 1 （PAI - 1 ） of patients before and after 8 - week treatment were analyzed and compared. Results ： After 8 - week treatment, the levels of sUA, ET - 1 and PAI - 1 was decreased in both groups after 8 - week treatment （P 〈 0. 01 ）. However, there was no difference between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Chushi Huayu prescription reduces the levels of sUA, ET - 1 and PAI- 1 of hyperuricemia patients.
