摘  要:目的:研究母鼠优裕环境胎教子鼠行为表征与海马体神经发育相关基因表达的影响。方法:将23只受孕SD母鼠按照随机分为2组:优裕"胎教"组(优裕组)、空白对照组(对照组),每组随机选取10只子鼠进行矿场试验与海马体Cdk5、Fos、Gat1表达水平检测。结果:①在空格试验中优裕组数大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②优裕组的Cdk5与Fos mRNA水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);而EEG的Gat 1 mRNA水平显著低于于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优裕环境母鼠胎教促进子鼠的生长发育,Cdk5、Fos、Gat1可能参与其分子机制。Objective : This study was aimed to research the impacts of fetus education for maternal environmental enrichment on the offspring behavior and nervous system development. Methods:Twenty-three pregnant SD rats were randomized into two groups:environmental enrichment group(EEG) and control group(CG). Ten offsprings from each group were randomly selected to peribrm open - field test(OFF) and gene expression( Cdk5, Fos, Gatl ) with RT - PCR. Results : ( 1 ) The OFT performance of EEG was superior to CG ( P 〈 0. 05 ). ( 2 ) The mRNA expression levels of Cdk5 and Fos were higher than CG ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and the mRNA expression level of Gatl was lower than CG ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Fetus education cou]d improve the nervous system development of the offsprings, and CdkS, Fos and Gatl may play an essential role in its molecular mechanism.
