摘 要:针对玄武岩纤维双快水泥混凝土的抗压及抗弯性能,在0.1%~0.3%体积掺量下进行了立方体抗压强度试验,利用动态应变仪测量了4点弯曲状态下的应力-应变关系,并对0.4、0.45、0.5三种水灰比试件的抗压及抗折强度进行了对比。试验结果表明,掺入玄武岩纤维在一定程度上提高了双快水泥混凝土的抗压强度,同时提高弯拉强度5%~20%;弯曲状态下,应力-应变关系曲线表明玄武岩纤维双快水泥混凝土存在明显的屈服点,极限拉应变可达650×10-6~935×10-6。The compressive and flexural behavior of basalt fiber reinforced fast setting and hardening concrete is investigated with the content of basalt fiber from 0.1% to 0.3% by volume. The cubic compressive strength and the stressstrain curve under bending state are measured by a dynamic strain indicator, and the cubic compressive and bending strength of concrete with three different water-cement ratios: 0.4,0.45,0.5 are. also compared. The results show that the addition of basalt fiber can enhance the compressive strength of the fast setting and hardening concrete to a certain extent, and at the same time can improve its flexural tensile strength from 5% to 20%. The stress-strain curve exhibits a significant yielding limit of basalt fiber reinforced fast setting and hardening concrete specimen. The ultimate tensile strain of four-point bending test can reach 650×10^-6-9.35×10^-6.
