一株耐万古霉素粪肠球菌的分离鉴定

摘　　要：对湖南地区一例临床送检病料进行内脏器官细菌分离,生化鉴定,然后采用16SrRNA通用引物进行保守区PCR扩增,测序后分析与已发表粪肠球菌16SrRNA保守区同源性为99%。根据NCCLS标准采用药敏纸片法对该菌进行耐药性检测,发现该菌株对所有检测的药物皆表现为耐药,对于临床极少使用的万古霉素也表现为耐药。One bacteria strain was isolated from porcine specimen which was sent for detection.After biochemical test,we used 16 S rRNA specific primers based on conserved region to amplify the 16 S rRNA gene.Sequencing analysis revealed that the sequence is 99% identical to reference E.faecalis gene.According to the guidelines of the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards（NCCLS）,the disc diffusion method was used to determine the antimicrobial susceptibility of the strain.The results demonstrated that the strain was resistant to all antimicrobials tested,especially vancomycin which used few in clinic.
