摘  要:了解广西奶水牛隐孢子虫病的感染情况,为兽医生物安全卫生提供数据。采用饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法和改良抗酸染色法进行检测,共检测南宁、来宾等6市8个奶水牛养殖场1 009头份不同日龄的奶水牛新鲜粪样。应用形态学分类和PCR技术对分离的隐孢子虫卵囊进行种类鉴定,发现1头奶水牛呈隐孢子虫感染阳性,其卵囊通过分离纯化后,经形态学和分子生物学鉴定为安氏隐孢子虫(Cryptosporidium anderso-ni)。广西奶水牛隐孢子虫感染率极低,主要是安氏隐孢子虫感染。In order to investigate the Cryptosporidium infection in milk buffalo in Guangxi,provided data for veterinary biosecurity.1 009 fecal samples from 8 milk buffalo farms in Nanning,Laibin etc six cities were detected by Sheater ′s sugar flotation method and the modified acid-fast stain of smear method.Cryptosporidium oocysts were identified by morphology and PCR.The results showed that only one sample was positive.Cryptosporidium oocysts were C.andersoni by morphology and PCR identification.The conclusion is that rate of Cryptosporidium infection in milk buffalo in Guangxi was extremely low.C.andersoni was main species of Cryptosporidium.
