新疆塔额牧区羊布鲁菌病血清学监测与净化效果分析

摘　　要：针对塔额盆地羊布鲁菌病流行较为严重的某牧区15个单位,采用羊各群体"先抽检后全测和外来羊群全测,阳性及时淘汰"的原则,通过临床观察、平板凝集和试管凝集试验相结合的检测方法,从2010年-2012年连续3年对该牧区进行羊布鲁菌病的净化。结果表明,羊布鲁菌病的阳性检出已由2010年的2 298只降至2012年140只,检出率由5.5%降到0.3%,羊的布鲁菌病已经基本得到了控制。In order to understand the prevalence of sheep brucellosis in Ta＇er basin of Xinjiang,15 sheep farms were inspected for brucellosis in this area from 2010 to 2012.By clinical observation,plate agglutination test and SAT,the local sheep were detected after sampling inspection,but the all exotic sheep were detected.Finally,the positive ones were eliminated timely.The results showed that the positive number decreased from 2298 in 2010 to 140 in 2012,morbidity decreased from 5.5% to 0.3%,sheep brucellosis was basically kept under control in this area.
