摘 要:为了筛选出适宜培养土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌的定向选择性培养基,对19种培养基进行了比较试验,筛选出的优良培养基分别为牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基+甲霜.霜霉、马丁氏培养基+1 mL 1‰孟加拉红、高氏1号培养基+重铬酸钾0.1 g。将生防木霉施入草坪土壤中,测定了其对土壤中细菌、放线菌、真菌3种微生物数量的影响。结果表明,施入深绿木霉菌后能够明显引起微生物群落结构发生改变。施入深绿木霉17 d后,真菌的数量比对照减少了4 001 cfu/g;土壤中细菌的数量增加了1.27×1010 cfu/g;放线菌数量没有明显变化。定殖测定试验结果表明,木霉在施入草坪草土壤1个月后能够很好的定殖。木霉在施入25 d时,相对含量达到最低,但是30 d以后木霉的含量略有所上升,并基本保持稳定。To screen for a selective medium suitable for cultivation of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in the soil, med 19 types of medium were tested. Beef extract peptone medium +Jia Shuang Shuang Mei, Mading+1 mL 1‰ rose bengal and Martin medium+0.1 g potassium dichromate were best for culturing bac teria, fungi and actinomycetes. The numbers of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes were counted after Trichoderma aureoviride T2 strain was applied to the lawn soil. T. aureoviride cause microbial community structure. Seventeen days after T. aureoviride was applie creased by 4 001 cfu/g but the number of bacteria increased by 1.27 × 10^(10) cfu/g while the number of actinomyces did not change significantly.
