摘 要:随着城市化、工业化及农业化的集约发展,重金属问题日趋严重,已严重危害到人类健康。微生物修复技术作为一种投资少、效率高、环境友好型治理措施越来越受到关注。本文综述了土壤、水体及大气重金属污染现状和对应的微生物修复机理,主要包括生物富集、生物吸着及生物转化。最后对其发展前景提出展望,明确今后该领域的发展方向及研究重点,加大研究力度,以期进一步推动微生物修复重金属污染技术的发展,寻找出更具应用价值的微生物修复技术。With the acceleration of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural zing, heavy metals contamination of soils became more and more serious, which was serious harm to human heals, Microorganism had great potential in environmental management and getting more and more attention as it can be less expensive, high efficient and environmentally friendly. The soil, water and atmospheric heavy metal pollution present situation and the microorganisms repairing mechanisms were summarized, and the microorganisms repairing mechanisms mainly included biological enrichment, biological sorption and biological transformation. Finally, the direction of further study was prospected, clear the development direction of this field in the further and research emphases increased the study on dynamics. In order to promote future the pretention and remediation of heavy metals pollutions, composite microorganisms was developed, which had widely applications.
