摘 要:通过对紫外荧光法测定汽油硫含量的过程进行分析,找出了影响汽油硫含量测定结果的主要分量。在此基础上,根据JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》方法和CNAS-GL06:2006《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》,对紫外荧光法测定汽油硫含量分析了不确定度的来源,对各不确定度分量进行了评估,确定了汽油硫含量测量不确定度的主要分量,计算了合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,并按计量技术规范,给出了标准的表示方法。By ultraviolet fluorescence analysis on the process of determination of sulfur content in gasoline, the main components affecting of gasoline sulfur content determination result were identified. According to the JJF1059 - 1999 Eval- uation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement and CNAS - GL06 : 2006 Guidance on Evaluating the Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis, ultraviolet fluorescence method was used for determination of gasoline sulfur content analysis of the sources of uncertainty. The uncertainty components were evaluated the main component of gasoline sulfur content measurement uncertainty. Calculated uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of synthesis and measurement specifications, the standard representation was proposed.
