摘 要:对不同类型沉淀剂处理HPO酮肟高浓度含磷废水的主要控制因素,包括沉淀剂种类、溶液pH值和Ca/P比等对除磷效果的影响进行了小试研究,在此基础上建设了处理量为1.0 m3/h化学沉淀除磷中试装置,确定了除磷最优工艺,当进水正磷酸盐含量为232.0 mg/L、1%石灰水与废水的比例大于1∶10时,磷去除率大于95%,出水磷含量低于10 mg/L,结合己有A/O生物处理,出水可达到0.5 mg/L的国家一级排放标准。Chemical and biological removal of phosphorus from wastewater of caprolactam production by HPO was studied. The main control factors of different calcium precipitations, such as the type of precipitation agent, the pH value of the solution and the effect of Ca/P ratio on the removal rate were investigated in lab. Based on the above research, a pilot plant with wastewater treatment capacity 1 m3/h was constructed to determine the optimal process of phosphorus removal. The results showed when the phosphorus content of wastewater was 232. 0 mg/L, the content of lime water was 1% , and the proportion of lime water and wastewater was higher than 1 : 10, the phosphorus removal rate was higher than 95% and the phosphorus content of effluent was lower than 10 mg/L. Combined with A/O biological treatment, the phosphorus of effluent met the national discharge standard of 0. 5 mg/L.
