摘　　要：结合新疆实际情况,运用当前先进的应力应变仪(电测法),对高压气瓶的残余变形率进行大量试验测定,先采用ANSYS/UG等软件理论分析某型受测瓶的应力应变特征点,进而实际测试验证;再理论模拟分析、再简化特征点、结合ANSYS/UG、MCGS等数字化模拟分析软件系统,验证并发展电测法理论,丰富电测法实践应用方向。为应变仪真正投入实际应用,提供了理论依据和操作方法。Combined with the actual situation in Xinjiang, the use of state - of - the - art stress strain gauges （ electrical measuring method） , a large number of experimental determination of residual deformation rate of the high - pressure cylinders were carried out, using software such as ANSYS/UG theoretical analysis point of the stress - strain characteristics of certain subjects bottle, the actual testing and validation and theoretical simulation analysis to simplify the feature points, combined with ANSYS/UG, MCGS and other digital simulation software system, verification and development of the theory of electrical measuring method, and rich practical application of electrical measuring method direction. Strain gauge really put into practical application and a theoretical basis and method of operation was provided.
