摘　　要：反应单元是MTBE装置中很重要的一个环节。介质混合后从进料口进入,在催化剂作用下发生反应,循环液从抽出口抽出,反应产物从出料口离开。反应器在进料口和抽出口处选用孔管式液体分布器,结构简单,拆装方便;填料层底部设置支撑栅,用以支撑填料层;填料层上放置压栅限制填料活动,以维持正常稳定的操作。the response unit was a vital link in the MTBE device. Mixed medium entered from the feeding inlet, and then reacted under the action of the catalyst. The circulating liquid was extracted from the pump outlet, and the reaction products left through the feeding outlet. The tubular liquid distributor which had simple structure and easy dismounting were designed at the feeding inlet and the pump outlet. A supporting grid which was used to support the packing layer was designed at the bottom of the packing layer. On the packing layer, a pressure grid was set up which was used to limit the packing activities to maintain the normal and stable operation.
