摘　　要：深冷系统一直是乙烯装置开车的一个重点和难点,堵和漏的问题是深冷系统开车过程中比较多出现和难解决的问题,造成开车进度受阻甚至引发严重的安全事故。针对这两个问题,武汉乙烯装置对可能出现的情况进行了一系列分析并提出了相应解决方法。The chilling system was a difficult point for the ethylene plant operation, and plugging and leakage was a frequent problem that often happened in the starting process of the chilling system. Cause to hinder the progress of construetion, even lead to serious safety accidents. For the two issues, Wuhan Ethylene made a series of analysis and the corresponding solution for the ethylene plant was orooosed.
