研究型大学本科人才培养的协同创新初探

摘　　要：本文探讨了研究型大学这一概念的内涵与外延,并以电气工程学科为例,列举了亚洲三所有一定代表性的研究型大学———新加坡南洋理工大学、香港理工大学和华中科技大学在本科人才培养方面的主要机制。本文分析了每个高校自身的优势与特色,以及这些学校之间开展本科拔尖人才培养的协同创新的可行性与有效性,并对具体实现模式提出了建议。This paper discusses the concept connotation and extension of research-oriented university.Taking the electrical engineering courses for example,it enumerates the undergraduate traning of three Asia representative research-oriented university： Nanyang Technology University,Hong Kong Polytech Unversity and Huazhong University of Science and Technology.It analyzes each on theire own advantages and characteristics,which shows that the collaborative innovation training among these unversities is feasible and effective.It also proposes some advice on specific implementation pattern.
