摘  要:以爆炸复合法制备了TA2/NiCr合金复合棒,利用金相显微镜(OM)及高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)进行界面处不同区域的微观组织结构分析,并利用显微硬度仪及万能力学试验机进行力学性能测试分析.结果表明,TA2/NiCr合金复合棒界面处TA2侧形变组织中出现了大量孪晶、位错以及沿界面45°方向的绝热剪切带.同时,界面处还伴随着竹节状熔化层的出现,其内部含有一定数量非晶组织,硬度约为850HV0.025;靠近熔化层为热影响层,由较大等轴晶组成,硬度约为200HV0.025;界面的结合强度约为193Mpa.TA2/NiCr alloy cladding bar was fabricated through explosive cladding process. The microstructures of different areas at the interface were investigated by optical metallographic,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). And the mechanical property was tested by universal testing machines, microhardness tester. The results indicated that the deformed microstructure of TA2/NiCr explosive cladding bar at the interfaces of TA2 most consist of twin crystals,dislocation and 45~adiabatic shear band from the interface. And the bamboo-shaped melting zones can also be found at the interface. It is composed of a certain amount of non-crystuls. The microhardness is about to 850 HV0 025. Heat affected zone close to the melting layer is composed of large equiaxed grains. The microhardness is about to 200 HV0.02s. The bonding strength of the interface is about to 193 MPa.
