摘　　要：当前,在我国旅游业正处于一个黄金发展期,越来越多的人选择外出旅游休闲度假,同时,旅游业种种矛盾也逐渐凸显出来,旅游产业的转型升级成为必然。分析当前旅游业转型升级的不利因素,并提出相应的应对措施,对旅游业顺利实现转型升级有着重要意义。At present, tourism in China is in a golden period of development, more and more people choose to travel, leisure tourism, at the same time, various contradictions also gradually emerged, the transition of tourism industry upgrading become inevitable. Analysis of the adverse factors transformation and upgrading of tourism, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, have important significance for the smooth realization of the transformation and upgrading of tourism industry.
