摘　　要：对四川省5所高校整群随机抽取4 261名在校学生进行自填式问卷调查。旨在了解大学生首次性行为和不安全性行为发生状况,以期为高校开展大学生性健康教育工作提供依据。其中562名已经发生性行为的学生问卷的有关性行为问题被纳入分析。研究表明,大学生不安全性行为报告率较高,高校应重视和加强大学生性健康教育,应因人而异地达到帮助学生正确地认识性,增强责任感,主动地维护自己的身心健康的目的。To investigate the sexual behavior, especially high risk behaviors of university students, and provide a scientific basis for the effective implementation of the students of sexual health education, the self- designed questionnaires were used to anonymously investigate on 4261 students in 5 universities of Sichuan which were selected by random cluster sampling. The questionnaire of the 562 students＇involving self- reporting history of sexual experience was analyzed. The self - report unsafe sex behaviors rate was relatively high. Universities should pay attention to and strengthen college students＇sexual health education. The contents and methods should vary in accord with the background of different students to achieve the purpose helping students correct recognition, enhance the sense of responsibility, and actively maintain physical and mental health.
