摘  要:建立了一种用于测定糙米、稻壳、植株 (稻草和秧苗 )、土壤及稻田水中恶庚草烷残留量的分析方法。样品中的恶庚草烷用乙腈或丙酮提取和微型柱固相萃取净化后 ,用 GC/MS(SIM)方法测定。仪器的灵敏度低于 50 pg,样品中恶庚草烷的最低检出质量浓度为 0 .0 0 5mg/kg,不同浓度下恶庚草烷的平均回收率为 80 .0 %~ 96.4% ,变异系数 <1 3%。在恶庚草烷/水稻的残留试验中应用本方法测定恶庚草烷残留量取得了满意的结果。An analytical method for determination of cinmethlin residue in rice (including unpolished rice, husk, straw and seeding), soil and water in rice field by GC/MS has been established. The cinmethlin residue in sample is extracted with acetonitrile (or acetone) and cleaned up by solid phase extraction(SPE) and then detected by GC/MS. The sensibility of instrument is less than 50pg. The minimum detectable level on cinmethlin in sample is 0.005mg/kg with average recovery rate of 80.0%~96.4% under different concentrations and variation coefficient of less than 13%. The application of the method in the determination of cinmethlin residue in various kinds of samples is satisfactory during cinmethlin residue test on rice corps.
