摘　　要：处于不同生长阶段的机体对体育活动内容及形式的要求是不同的。生活中我们随处可见家长是多么希望孩子身强体健的,但他们却常为孩子乱择锻炼项目而使孩子的身心健康难遂人愿。就这一现象,重点探讨幼儿期运动项目的选择问题,期望能给众多家长提供指导和借鉴,对其在培养孩子运动习惯和运动兴趣方面有所帮助。In different growth stages of body requirements for physical activities and forms are different. In life we are everywhere parents wish children strong and healthy, but they are often arbitrary choice for the child exercise program and make the children＇s physical and mental health may be difficult now. On this phenomenon,focusing on the selection of early childhood movement project,expected to provide guidance and reference for many parents, help in cultivating children exercise habits and interest in sports.
