高校基尼系数新探

摘　　要：基尼系数是一个用来描述收入整体差距程度的重要指标,国际上通常用基尼系数来衡量收入分配均等程度.该文结合教育部《关于高等学校岗位设置管理的指导意见》(国人部发〔2007〕59号)文件建立基尼系数测算模型,测算高等学校理论和实际的基尼系数,并对国内基尼系数的内涵进行了深入比较和分析.The Gini coefficient is an important index for describing the overall degree of income gap, and usually it is used to measure the income gap internationally. This paper builds a model of calculating Gini coefficient on the file of about Institutions of higher learning post setting management guidance of The Ministry of Education. The Gini co- efficients are estimated both in theoretical and in actual. Analysis of the connotation of the Gini coefficient is given.
