摘 要:夏热冬冷地区应合理选定技术路线,采用适合该地区社会与自然特点的供暖方式,在室内环境健康舒适和供暖能效两个方面超越北方集中供暖;逐渐改变燃料燃烧供暖的基本方式,以热泵为核心技术,从自然环境中取热供暖;分散供暖还是集中供暖,取决于热源,同时还受到社会、环境资源等因素的限制;以空气作为热源适宜分散,以岩土、水体作为热源适宜集中;积极发展多种供暖方式,具体工程应根据自身条件确定供暖方式。Heating in this area should be designed by using adequate technologies with sufficient consideration of the local characters of sociaty and nature, and the health and comfort of indoor environment and the energy utilization efficiency of heating in this area should be superior to those in the north with central heating. The traditional heating mode by fuel combustion should be replaced with heat pump techniques, taking heat from natural environment. The heating system mode, central or decentralized, depends on heat source as well as society and environment resources; decentralized heating is better with air source and centralized heating is better with ground or water source. Various heating modes should be positively developed. For a project, an appropriate heating mode should be determined based on its own conditions.
