摘　　要：针对我国现有的排污总量统计估算的主要三种方法(调查法、监测法、排污申报法)各自存在的问题,提出解决排污总量统计估算中存在问题的途径,进行了水污染物排放总量核实与监测方法学初探。Facing to the problems from 3 existing methods of evaluating the total effluent quantity (TEQ) in China (Investigation, supervision and effluent declare), this article indicates the ways on dissolving the problems in evaluating the total effluent quantity, discusses the methods in TEQ checkup and supervision.
