摘 要:考察了高分散白炭黑1165MP用量对溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)5025-2,72612S以及2564S基本性能和动态性能的影响。结果表明,随白炭黑用量的增大,3种SSBR的力学性能增强,耐磨性存在最佳值;白炭黑用量增大不利于改善动态力学性能,即压缩生热增高,压缩永久变形变大,抗湿滑性下降,滚动阻力增大。SS-BR2564S和SSBR72612S的动态性能好于SSBR5025-2。Effects of high dispersion silica l165MP contents on the basic properties and dynamic performances of SSBR502g-2, SSBR2564S and SSBR72612S were primarily studied. The results showed that the basic properties of 3 kinds of SSBR were all improved with increase of silica content, and the abrasion resistance had a best value. The increase of silica content had a bad effect on the dy- namic performances,that was to say, the heat built-up, compression set and rolling resistance all in- creased,and the wet traction reduced. The dynamic performance of SSBR2564S and SSBR72612S were better than SSBR5025-2.
