摘　　要：知识服务是图书馆信息服务的发展趋势。文章通过对知识服务、组织行为和基于能力的图书馆文化三者之间逻辑关系的分析,认为基于能力的图书馆文化是高质量知识服务的基础和保障,并探讨了基于能力的图书馆文化创建路径。Knowledge service is the development trend of library information service. By analyzing the relationship among knowledge service, organi zation behavior and library culture based on ability logically, this paper concludes that the library culture based on ability is the foundation and guarantee for good knowledge service. At last this paper further explores the creating path of the library culture based on ability.
