摘  要:酚酞(PPH)、3,3′-双(4-羟基苯基)苯并吡咯酮(HPP)和4,4′-二氟二苯酮经亲核缩聚得到聚芳醚酮(PEK-C-H),再经与环氧氯丙烷(ECH)的亲核取代反应合成了一种含有环氧侧基的酚酞聚芳醚酮共聚物(PEK-C-HE)。通过改变反应单体ECH的量,调控聚合物的环氧侧基含量。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)和差示扫描量热(DSC)等手段对聚合物进行结构表征与性能测试。以PEK-C-HE在极性非质子溶剂中具有良好的溶解性及成膜性制备了溶液涂层,并考察了涂膜经自固化交联后的性能。结果表明,PEK-C-HE涂层具有优异的综合性能,可在(300±20)℃连续30h不脱落,表面电阻均为1.05×1016Ω,冲击强度均大于100 kg.cm。PEK-C-HE有望应用于高性能涂料的制备。A cardo poly(aryl ether ketone) bearing pendant epoxy group copolymer (PEK-C-HE) was prepared by nucleophilic polycondensation from phenolphthalein(PPH) and 3,3'-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl) isobenzopyrrolidone(HPp) and 4,4'-diflorobenzophenone, then a substitution reaction with epichlorohydrin(ECH). The content of epoxy side group could be controlled by altering the amount of reactant monomer ECH. Structure and properties were characterized by FT-IR, ^1H-NMR, DSC etc. Based on solubility and film-forming property of PEK-C-HE in polar aprotic solvents, coating layer was prepared and its properties were investigated after self-crosslinking. The results show that PEK-C-HE coating layer has excellent overall properties. The coating layer does not crack and fall at (300 ± 20) ℃ for 30 h. The surface resistivity of the coating layer is over 1.05×10^16Ω, and the impact strength is above 100 kg·cm. This material is expected for the application of high performance coating.
