摘 要:在氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯微悬浮聚合中加入3.0%种子乳液,在不需要激烈机械分散的情况下,合成了氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(PVVA)乳胶。用这种混合微悬浮聚合方法合成的PVVA糊树脂性能优异,制备的乳胶具有双峰粒度分布,增塑糊的B氏黏度低,体现出独特工艺技术特点。实验结果表明,皂化体系中助乳化剂品种,与主乳化剂的比例,以及主乳化剂的用量是影响乳胶粒径的主要因素。乳化剂配比决定皂化液粒径,PVVA乳胶粒径随皂化液粒径增大而增大,随乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)用量增加而减小。Paste resin of poly (vinyl chloride-co-vinyl acetate) was synthesized by micro-suspension polymerization method in the presence of seed emulsion. Tile resulted products show bimodal size distribution of latex particles and lower Brookfield paste viscosity of plastisol. Another advantage is that the intensive homogenizing stirring for dispersion of the monomers in water is unnecessary. The experimental results show that the dosage of anionic emulsifier sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), the ratio of long chain fatty alcohol in the total emulsifier, and the chain length of the fatty alcohol are the main factors affecting the particle size of the latex. Saponifier particle size was determined by the mass ratio of the emulsifiers. The particle size of PVVA latex increases with increase of the saponifier particle size, and decreases with increase of the emulsifier dosage.
