摘 要:采用自行研制的聚合物管旋转挤出装置,研究了旋转挤出过程中旋转/牵引速度比对聚乙烯(PE)管结构和性能的影响。扫描电镜(SEM)和热收缩实验结果表明,通过控制旋转/牵引速度比,可有效调节PE管内串晶偏离轴向的角度,降低轴向取向度,提高PE管的力学性能。当旋转/牵引速度比为0.6时,旋转挤出PE管的环向拉伸强度从常规挤出管的19.4MPa提高到33.5MPa,提高了72.7%。In this paper, a self-designed rotation extrusion system was adopted to extrude PE pipes, and the effects of rotating speed/drawing speed ratio on their structure and properties were investigated. The SEM photos and thermal shrinkage results show that by controlling the rotating speed/drawing speed ratio, the axial orientation degree that the shish-kebab crystals in PE pipe deviates from the axial direction is reduced and the hoop strength is improved. When the rotating speed/drawing speed ratio is 0.60, the hoop strength of the PE pipe reaches 33.5MPa from 19.4MPa, 72.7% higher than that of the conventionally prepared pipe.
