摘 要:采用静电纺制备了聚碳酸丁二醇酯(PBC)纤维膜,研究了工艺条件对纤维膜形貌的影响及纤维膜的亲水性和细胞相容性。结果表明,溶剂对纤维膜形貌具有重要影响;在PBC质量分数为22%~28%,电压.距离比为20kV/20cm,湿度在20%~50%所制得的纤维膜具有良好的表面形貌;PBC纤维膜的亲水性优于聚己内酯(PCL);PBC纤维膜的细胞铺展和细胞增殖结果与PCL差异较小。In this paper, poly(butylene-carbonate) nanofiber mat was prepared by electrospinning. The influence of technological conditions on the morphology and some properties, such as hydrophily and cellular biocompatibility of the fiber mat were studied. The results show that solvents have an important effect on the morphology. Under the conditions as follow: PBC mass fraction of 22%-28%, voltage/distance ratio of 20kV/20em, and humidity between 20 % -50% , fibers with a good appearance would be generated. The contact angle test shows that PBC nanofibers have the better hydrophily than PCL. At the same time, the results about the cellular biocompatibility of PBC nanofiber mat show that ceils can well sprawl on both mats and there are no significant differences after 7 days of proliferation.
