摘  要:采用两步法,先将单官能团环氧基多面体齐聚倍半硅氧烷(SEPO)接到胺类交联剂上,再加入双酚A型环氧树脂(EP)进行固化,成功制备出EP-SEPO复合材料。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、热重分析(TGA)、动态力学性能(DMA)和材料试验机等测试,研究了多面体齐聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)的引入对环氧树脂的结构、耐热性及力学性能的影响。结果表明,POSS在环氧基体树脂中,能发生微观聚集,形成尺寸小于1μm的聚集体均匀分散在基体中;同时POSS的引入使材料的初始热分解温度提高约35℃,耐热性显著提高;此外,POSS的引入使材料拉伸强度提高了1.5倍,韧性大约提高了3倍,环氧树脂的强度和韧性同时得到提高。SEPO firstly was joined to cross-linking agent of an amine mono-epoxy, functionalized polyhedra oligomeric silsesquioxane (SEPO) was grafted to the bisphenol A type epoxy resin via a two step method. The structure and properties of the composites were characterized by FT-IR, 29Si-NMR, SEM, TGA, DMA and material test machine. The results show that the POSS is apt to form aggregates with the size less than 1 μm, which uniformly disperses in the epoxy resin matrix. The heat stability of the composites is greatly improved by the addition of POSS, with the initial thermal decomposition temperature increasing by almost 35 ℃. Moreover, it reaches a striking achievement for_POSS to enhance the mechanical properties of the composites, for simultaneously, POSS can increase the strength of the epoxy resin by 150 % and the toughness by 300 %
