摘  要:对近期聚乳酸阻燃研究中的新型环保阻燃剂(包括磷系、氮系、硅系等)、新型膨胀阻燃体系、不同维度的纳米阻燃协效剂等研究热点进行了综述。新型环保阻燃剂包括磷杂菲类化合物及其衍生物、自主设计合成的网络状环磷腈、新型芳香磷酸酯类、聚芳香磷酸酯类、三聚氰胺磷酸盐类化合物等;新型膨胀阻燃体系采用新的气源、酸源或碳源,如三嗪类超支化聚酰胺大分子为新型气源,或β-环糊精为碳源等;纳米阻燃协效剂包括一维的化合物蒙脱土、水滑石类,二维的海泡石、碳纳米管,三维的多面体低聚硅倍半氧烷等。The recent progress of flame retarded polylactic acid (PLA) was reviewed in this paper. The novel environmentally friendly retardants for PLA include 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phospha-phenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO) and its derivatives, phosphazene cyclomatrix network polymer, aromatic phosphate esters, melamine phosphate compounds, etc. As for the new types of intumescent flame retardant (IFR) for PLA, new gas source such as triazine-based hyperbranched polyamide macromolecules, or new acid source or new carbon source such as β-cyclodextrin was used. The nano additives for flame retarded PLA were focused on montmorillonit (MMT), polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POS), multi-walled nanotubes and sepoilite, which were commonly used as synergists with traditional flame retardants.
