知识作业“动作-时间”分析法研究及应用

摘　　要：借鉴科学管理的思想,探索知识作业的"动作-时间"分析法,构建了知识作业的"动作-时间"分析法模型,以"手机短信发送"为例,模拟两个简单的手机操作任务,通过对比实验对模型进行了验证。实验结果显示通过知识作业"动作-时间"分析法设计的操作界面更加高效。研究结果表明,知识作业"动作-时间"分析法模型符合人类的认知规律,能够解析知识作业的加工过程,可以有效改善知识作业的作业效率。Using the ideas of scientific management for reference, this paper studies the ＂action-time＂ analytical method of knowledge work, also forms a model of ＂action-time＂ analytical method for knowledge work as well as taking the example of ＂Send SMS＂ to simulate the two simple mobile phone operation tasks. The model has been verified through contrastive experiment and the result shows that the operations interface which is designed under ＂Action-time＂ analytical method of the knowledge work becomes more efficient. The result of the paper indicates the model of ＂action-time＂ analytical method for knowledge work is in line with the cognition rule of human; it is capable of resolving the processing operations as well as can effectively improve the efficiency of the knowledge work.
