摘　　要：无证书的代理签名方案可以很好地解决传统代理签名方案中密钥托管问题,用户的私钥不再由安全中心完全生成,它是由部分私钥和用户选择的私钥两部分所构成,增强了安全性。门限签名方案,签名的生成不需要所有成员的参与只要部分成员参与就可形成有效的签名,将这两种签名方式结合,即实现了无证书代理签名方案的高效、安全的特性,也可以允许部分代理签名者脱机的状态下仍然可以生成有效的签名。Certificateless proxy signature scheme can be a good solution to the key escrow problem existing in traditional proxy sig- nature scheme. The private key of the user is no longer generated by the security center alone, but a combination of partial private key and the one chosen by the users, by which security enhances. Threshold signature scheme does not require the participation of all members to form a valid signature. As long as most of the members participate, the signature is valid. This paper discusses a new signature scheme which is a combination of the two signature ways mentioned above, and it remains the efficiency and safety of certificatele~ nraYv ~ic^n~ln^ro er.h~ 1! l：,a _：
