摘  要:在实验室实验的基础上,通过在导纸辊的辊面上分别喷涂过氟烷基化物(PFA)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)以及在导纸辊的辊体上套全氟代乙丙烯(FEP)防粘管,结果显示:喷涂层和防粘套管均具有良好的防粘性、耐蚀性和热稳定性。综合考虑选择PTFE作为最佳防粘材料,采用喷涂方式应用于生产进行验证,生产应用表明:PTFE喷涂层的防粘效果显著,有利于改善纸张表面质量,提高抄造量和成品率,减轻表面施胶岗位职工的劳动强度。On the basis of lab research, PFA and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) materials were coated on the roller surface and the FEP anti-sticking pipe was worn on the cover of paper-guiding roller, then the test was applied in the paper machine. The result showed that the coating and anti-sticking bushing has good characters on anti-viscosity, anticorrosion and heart-stabilization. So PTFE was chosen as the anti-sticking material to coat on the roller's surface. Through production on the paper machine, it showed that the PTFE coating has anti-viscosity property, therefore it can improve the quality of paper surface, enhance the paper production, reduce the labor load in the impregnation and sizing section of paper machine.
