摘 要:目的探讨髋关节创伤的影像学特点。方法对78例髋关节创伤的患者均做了X线平片检查,其中65例做了SCT扫描,28例做了MRI扫描,回顾性分析髋关节创伤的X线、SCT、MRI的影像学表现。结果 20例髋臼骨折;35例股骨颈骨折,其中3例为病理性骨折;6例为股骨头的隐匿性骨折;5例股骨头骨骺分离;12例髋关节脱位。结论 X平片经济方便,但对于体位较厚、重叠严重的部位显示受到一定限制,仅作为髋关节创伤诊断的基础检查,SCT和MRI对骨、软骨及软组织显示优于前者,对诊断髋关节创伤有很高的诊断价值。Objective To evaluate the image features of hip joint trauma. Methods Totally 78 patients with hip joint trauma were studied by X - ray plain film. 65 cases were scaned by SCT and 28 cases were seaned by MRI among them. X -ray, CT and MRI imaging findings in 78 cases with hip joint trauma were analyzed retrospectively. Results Totally 20 cases fractures acetabular; 35 patients femoral neck fracture, among them 3 cases of cases fractures; 6 cases of the femoral head hidden fracture; 5 cases of femoral head separation alone; 12 cases of dislocation of hip joint. Conclusions That X -ray plain fihn is economical and convenient, but it is just used as a base examination for its limited exhibition to the thickness position and the overlapping part. SCT and MRI are superior to X - ray about the exhibition of bone, cartilage and soft tissue. SCT and MR/ are valuable for the diagnosis of hip joint trauma.
