摘　　要：从我国农业政策性金融改革出现的问题入手,分析当前我国农业政策性金融改革的现实性,从合理配置资源和加快建设农村经济的角度出发,提出我国农业政策性金融改革与发展的策略构想,希望能进一步完善农业政策性金融功能,构建适合我国农业发展的政策性金融体系,真正解决我国"三农"发展的金融困境,促进我国农村经济的和谐发展。On the basis of dispatching resources appropriately and speeding up the rural economic development, the tactics idea to meet agricultural governmental finance reform in China is put forward. To further improve the finance functions of agricultural policy and set up a sound agricultural policy - leading finance system can be achieved. The finance difficulties of ＂agriculture, countryside and farmers＂ in China can be solved to promote the harmonious development of the rural economy.
