摘　　要：本文以中央民族大学少数民族传统体育实践教学为例,通过对常规体育项目与少数民族传统体育项目相关关系与特点的分析,根据学生对少数民族传统体育项目认知程度的调研结果,阐述少数民族传统体育引入学校体育课程教学体系的合理性与可行性,勾勒出少数民族传统体育的教学实施方案,并提出相关建议。This paper takes teaching traditional sports of ethnic minorities at MUC as an example, analyzes the relation and characteristics of normal sports and ethnic traditional sports, elaborates on rationality and feasibility of introducing ethnic traditional sports into curriculum system of physical education, works out a ：eaching plan of ethnic traditional sports and puts forward some suggestion based on investigation results of students＇ cognition degree of ethnic traditional sports.
