牙刷刷洗联合负压吸引用于气管插管患者口腔护理的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨牙刷刷洗联合负压吸引在经口气管插管患者口腔护理的效果。方法:将80例经口气管插管患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用传统的口腔护理方法,观察组采用牙刷刷洗联合负压吸引的口腔护理方法,比较两组的护理效果。结果:观察组口腔异味、残留物、患者舒适度、VAP发生率、护士工作时数明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牙刷刷洗联合负压吸引口腔护理方法能明显提高患者的口腔清洁度,降低VAP的发生率,增加患者的舒适度,有效减少护士的工作时间。Objective： To discuss the effect on orotracheal intubation patients＇ oral care by using toothbrush cleaning combined with negative pressure suction.Method： 80 patients with orotracheal intubation were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group used traditional methods of oral care, the observation group used toothbrush cleaning combined with negative pressure suction , compared the effects of two groups.Result： The observation group mouth odor, residue, ulcer, patient comfort, the incidence of VAP, nurse working hours was significantly were lower than the control group, there was statistically significant （ P〈O.05 ） .Conclusion： The toothbrush cleaning combined with negative pressure suction oral nursing method can significantly improve the patient＇ s oral cleanliness, reduce the incidence of VAP, increase the comfort of patients, reduce the nurses＇ work time.
