摘　　要：以宁波市辖内5个县(市)为研究对象,对宁波市县域综合竞争力进行了系统的研究,构建了由发展水平、发展活力和发展潜力3个方面构成的县域经济竞争力的评价指标体系,采用因子分析方法得出宁波县域竞争力综合得分,研究结果表明宁波5个县(市)在经济发展过程中存在发展不平衡等问题,最后从5个方面对宁波县域经济发展提出相应的对策建议。This artical takes five county （city） of Ningbo city jurisdiction as the research object. It has conducted the system atic research on the comprehensive competitiveness of Ningbo county. The potential evaluation index which is composed of development level, development vitality the factor analysis method to obtain the comprehensive score and development potential is formed. The paper uses of Ningbo county competitiveness. The results show that uneven development still exists. Finally the author put forward the corresponding countermeasures and sugges- tions for the development of Ningbo county economy from five aspects.
